Meet The Athlete
Jasmyn has been playing volleyball since 6th grade, and from the beginning, it was clear this wasn't just an activity! It was something bigger.
She began with school volleyball and continued to develop her skills within the Salvation Army Fire & Capital City club volleyball. She is now heading into her 4th year with Capital City, where her love for the game has continued to deepen through travel competition and higher level play.
Jasmyn is known for her determination and consistency. She is the kind of athlete who practices anywhere she can. If there's space to move, there's space to train. Her commitment to improving her skill is something she takes pride in!
Her work ethic has shown in her progression. As a freshman playing for the Bengals, Jasmyn competed on the sophomore team and by the time she was a sophomore she earned a spot on the junior varsity team, continuing to challenge herself against stronger competition.
Through her Capital City club team, Jasmyn has qualified to compete at Nationals in Phoenix, AZ. This opportunity reflects not only her growth as an athlete but also her dedication to pushing herself to the next level.
Jasmyn's goal is to continue developing her game, compete at a high level, and pursue opportunities to play volleyball at the collegiate level. She understands that success comes from discipline, consistency, and heart. In which she brings all 3 to the court!
